Fantastic pack

Fantastic pack, I was hesitant to go the vest route at first, but this pack has changed my mind. It’s got plenty of room for really long days and can hold a surprising amount of stuff. It’s very comfortable and easy to cinch down while riding as the pack empties. The craftsmanship is super high quality as well, excited to never need another pack.

Buy once cry once.

I've accumulated 3-4 hip packs and had one somewhat larger Osprey hydration pack. I wanted to find a pack this size as I don't think im a hip pack person after years of running them. I wanted something for pnw wet weather and more water for hot backcountry rides. This pack is outstanding and has pretty much come on most of my rides with me. Especially when going out for a couple hours. It doesn't move around, it's placement is perfect and me being a big guy at its size limit it still works for my body shape. It can take years to figure out what you need to pack and that can change seasonally but this pack will likely continue to be on 80% of my rides. Winter I'll probably pull the bladder and put in one small bottle or beer. I have not tested the helmet function but that could be really handy for pedaling log roads. Everything on the pack seems incredibly well thought out. My phone is fairly bulky and I usually have that in a pocket. I like the front pockets for snacks and a tire plug tool. I ride with a medical condition that can cause vertigo and my meds are secure and reachable in the covered pouch pocket. It would seem like numerous packs could remedy that issue but many I'd have to dig around more or possibly even take it off.
