High Above stands by the quality and craftsmanship of our products full stop. We're not big fans of legalese, so we'll try to keep it simple. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of all High Above manufactured products we sell. That's all of our bags, hip packs, tube straps, etc. Sorry, if you get a hole in your sweet High Above socks, we're not fixing it.
What does this mean? It means if you have any issues impacting the functionality of your bag, we'll fix it for free. Our packs are expensive for a reason. Every product we make uses only the best materials available and passes our rigorous quality standards. These packs will last you a lifetime.
Anyways, here's some examples of things we'll fix:
- Busted zippers
- Cracked buckles
- You somehow put a hole in one (I hope you're okay... it must have been quite the crash)
And here's some stuff we won't fix:
- Cosmetic issues such as faded colors or frayed materials that do not affect the functionality of the pack.
- Your dog chewed your pack up (we might actually fix this, please send pics and check your dog's teeth for damage).
Claims Process:
- To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service team with a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.
- Once the claim is reviewed and approved, High Above will, at its discretion, either repair, replace, or provide a credit for the product.
- You have to ship it to us, but we'll ship it back.
Other stuff you should know:
- We have a page devoted to product care. You should read it.
- 97% of the time, the zippers are what fail on our packs. We use the highest quality zippers available (YKK), but mountain biking is particularly hard on zippers because there's a lot of mud and grime involved. If you rinse out your zippers with water once or twice a rainy season, you'll be able to go a lot longer (indefinitely?) before replacement.
